One of the most powerful weapons are now targeting some of the civilian population during its development. The weapon is called brain implants and synthetic telepathy. Synthetic telepathy covers mind reading, and artificial intelligence. People who are involved in the development of invasive imaging of the brain and nervous system without their consent has no legal protection, no human rights, and no medical help. Instead of receiving protection diagnosed these people to suffer from a mental illness. Research is conducted 24 / 7 over the aging process.
The most frightening implications of this technology is the serious risk that it facilitates totalitarian control of humans.

Nazi torture in concentration camps with the miniaturization of electronics has moved directly into people’s brains to copy the brain signalsysstem, a procedure that takes the lives of many people who can not keep. It’s about a chip that works as a search engine / ESM systems in the brain. This feature can be “Googling” your memories, read minds just before consciousness and copy your feelings. The chips are described in the future be used to “Googling” directly with the brains of tomorrow’s Internet. The scheme is to give people an expanded memory, be a communication system for the military and an escort system for Alzheimer’s disease.
To retrieve information directly from the brain to evaluate it is called by Swedish professors for alternative nanotechnology diagnostics. The diagnosis affects strangely successful people, this may be because the technology is being abused?
Should it be accepted that automated monitoring of self-learning, computers and brain implants with synthetic telepathy can drive people to suicide?
This technology changes the man’s integrity, identity and autonomy.
Should scientists and government representatives who are aware of this research to obtain further confidence when they are aware that these technologies developed through research on civilians without their consent?

I am a victim of these weapons in Roxbury, Ma and I am also a victim of police harassment– no one knows the real reason behind my torture other than I was “in the wrong place at the wrong time”– I dont know if I have been microchipped (try explaining to someone you need a scan for that) or if there is some “other” way they have targetted me, but sounds can be forced from my mouth, (mostly the words “murdered you” , “Animals murdered you” and “We murdered you” which is painful, embarassing and torture, & they like to move my body while I am sleeping to torture me remotely in combination with a voice to skull, the people using the v2k appear to be two to three times my age and are well below average intelligence (with access to these devices!) They also have a local Boston accent. Law enforcement needs to stop participating and open their eyes before their whole families are victims! The ignorance about these weapons is unbelieveable!!
Yeah remote neural monitoring is real and I can assure you it really sucks to be what they/we call a Targeted Individual. Prey you never become one.

Note: used to stop you getting sleep or wake you up to limit your sleep and the main mode of torment they use on you once you realise what is going on and can somewhat defend your self mentally from the other attacks
Victims regularly report many types of bizarre and harassive remote manipulation of electrical equipment, phone, car, TV, and computers.
Note: I’ve found it takes them around 2 weeks to make a new modified version of any electronics I buy that assist me in trying to prove they are doing this unless I carry them on me 24 hours a day (such as mp3 player to play soft music while i sleep and a second to record any strange noises)
On both sides of the Atlantic, around the same time, between 1999 (European Parliament A4-0005/1999 no. 27 page 5 ) and 2001 Kucinich HR 2977), calls through motions calling for a ban, and drafted legislation attempting to prohibit such technologies from being deployed and used.
Both may highlight what the authors of these motions know. That is a threat from unseen hands, to individuals, governing bodies, and even leaders of sovereign nations, who may be targeted by these technologies without even knowing it. As for research regarding the CIA and military programs experimenting with these technologies, the fact of history is evident. But today with federal and local law enforcement taking orders from the people using these technologies for secret testing, which is what Morton Sklar warned against in World Organization Against Torture report (1998). Authorities are obstructed with ease, this is allowed to happen, and goes beyond human experimentation, and should alert anyone to a possible political agenda by very seriously dangerous people.
In one of the other posts, we talked about how the internet will drive a brain interface. That and medical needs will drive the research. Right now very experienced researchers are working on ways to do this but few.
We will definitely have protesters. This is the most radical technology the human race has ever invented. NOTHING comes close. Everything will be labeled as evil by someone. Let’s just hope enough people want the results. The stem cell controversy is the exact type of problem we will see. Moral arguments will affect how the laws are written. If the government is conservative, it will be inhibited and controlled, if the government is more liberal, it will be supported. Everybody votes their values.
